  • Many Sikhs wear their articles of faith. The most visible articles are long hair often covered under a turban and a steel bracelet called a karra. The bracelet acts as a reminder to do good deeds. Have you seen anyone wearing a karra at your school?

 

  • Hi Thunderbolts! Tomorrow, Junioract will be hosting a campus beautification! We will meet tomorrow in Ms. Gunabe’s room, room 38, from 1:15 to 1:40. You’ll get candy for coming! Come and join for the fun event!

 

  • Your TUPE fact of the day:  85% of e-cigarette users ages 12-17, use flavors.

 

  • Green Team, please meet in room 19 on Friday, bring your lunch from home.

 

  • Latinx club meeting this Friday, November 9th at 11:15 in room 32. Bring your lunch. All are welcome!

 

  • GLI meeting on Friday at lunch in room 11

 

  • Students please throw away all unwanted food and wrappers when you have finished eating lunch. Help Keep Our Campus Clean.

 

  • Congratulations to Tvisha S. who has been selected to move to district, state, and national levels in the Fremont Elks Drug Awareness Essay Contest.

 

  • The AMC 8 is in the large gym on Tuesday, November 13th during 2nd and 3rd periods.  You will receive a blue call out slip during 1st period on Tuesday if you are taking the test.

 

  • Attention GSA members! In honor of Trans Awareness Month, we have another guest speaker today during lunch in Room 44. Anyone is welcome, so please stop by!
