  • Today, Thursday, and Friday are all minimum days.  Students will be released at 1:12.

 

  • Parent-Teacher conferences are today and Thursday from 1:30 until 8:00pm with a teacher dinner break from 5 to 5:30pm.

 

  • Did you know that Fremont has the largest Sikh population living in a single city in the U.S? There are nearly 20,000 Sikhs living in Fremont. How many Sikhs do you know?

 

  • Your TUPE fact of the day:  On average, the life expectancy of a smoker is 10 years less than a nonsmoker.

 

  • Another Trans Awareness Week Fact! Did you know that, according to several national surveys, 75% of transgender youth feel unsafe at school? A simple way we can all be more supportive is to ask people’s pronouns! Respecting everyone’s pronouns is an easy step to making Thornton a safer community.

 

  • Students:  If you have overdue library books a message was sent to your school loop account. Please check your school loop account and return your overdue library books or see Mrs. Hammill in the library.

 

  • Due to the minimum day dismissal on Friday there will be no Black Student Union meeting  that was scheduled this Friday. The next BSU meeting will held on November 30th.
