  • Hoops for Heart Facts of the Day:

    • Remember that your heart is a muscle. If you want it to be strong, you need to exercise it. How do you do it? By being active in a way that gets you huffing and puffing, like jumping rope, dancing, or playing basketball.

    • American Heart Association research programs have contributed to many important scientific advances, including the first artificial heart valve, techniques and standards for CPR, implantable pacemakers, treatment for infant respiratory distress syndrome, cholesterol inhibitors, microsurgery


  • Mandatory WEB and TUPE Team meeting today at lunch in the large gym .  Thank you so much! Mrs. DeTar


  • The JuniorAct Club will meet  Tuesday, April 24th in room 40 at lunchtime.  Everyone is invited to attend.


  • Homework Club will be held in room 11 today, and  in room 46 on Tuesday and Thursday from 2:45 until 3:15.


  • Hello 7 Grade T-Bolts:  On Tuesday, April 24th we will be having a meeting for our Washington D.C. and New York trip for next spring break.  If you’re interested come to the big gym at 6pm on Tuesday, April 24th or see Mr. Jones in room 43.


  • Reminder:  If you have a yellow pass you must attend Academic Recovery today at lunch in room 37.
