  • “Break the Cycle!” Did you know?  Most smokers try many times before quitting for good.  Every day, week, or month without smoking is a success, not a failure.  The more people try, the more they learn about how to quit and the closer they get to their goal.  Brought to you by the TUPE team.

  • Last home volleyball game of the season tomorrow, October 26th, starting at 3pm against Walters in the large gym.  Hope to see you there.

  • Library Club will be meeting in the library today at lunch.  The library will be closed to all other students.

  • Students, you are responsible for knowing the dress code.  No jeans with slashes and/or shreds that show exposed skin above the mid-thigh are allowed.  Please read the dress code policy found in your agenda on page 4.

  • Free after-school Lacrosse clinic today.  The session will end at 2:00.  Clinic is for boys and girls, no equipment needed.

  • What city is located on the Potamac River and was built in the late 1700s according to the plans laid out by Pierre L'Enfant?  Which states in America are bordered by only one other state?  If you know the answer to these questions or are interested in learning more come to the Geography Bee Club. By participating in the club you can enter to compete in the National Geographic Bee this spring and possibly go to Washington D.C. to compete with kids from other states. The Geography Bee will meet this Thursday after school in Room 28A. If you have any questions please see Ms. Odland.
